By using TiendaPop, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please don't use our service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and TiendaPop, effective upon registration or use of the platform.

What We Provide

TiendaPop provides AI-powered image and video generation, automated content editing, and e-commerce integrations. We help online sellers create professional product content without traditional photography.

Third-party services: We integrate with various platforms (AI providers, e-commerce sites, social networks). These have their own terms we don't control. You're responsible for complying with their rules when using our content on their platforms.

Your Account

To use TiendaPop, create an account with accurate information. Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be 18+ or have parental consent. By signing up, you confirm you meet these requirements. We may terminate accounts that violate age restrictions.

Credits & Payments

TiendaPop uses a credit system for content generation.

• Purchasing: Buy credits through accepted payment methods. Prices may change with notice.
• Usage: Credit requirements per action may change. Current rates are always displayed before generation.
• Expiration: Credits expire monthly. No refunds for unused credits unless required by law.

We may adjust credit pricing and usage requirements with reasonable notice via email or platform notifications.

Acceptable Use

Use TiendaPop legally and ethically. Prohibited uses include:

• Creating illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Violating intellectual property or privacy rights
• Misrepresenting AI content as human-created
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the service
• Harassment, fraud, or any illegal activities

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Content Ownership

• Your uploads: remain yours. You grant us license to process them for service delivery.
• Generated content: belongs to you for commercial use per your plan terms.
• Reselling generated content as a service requires written permission.
• You're responsible for ensuring content doesn't infringe others' rights.

Indemnification

You agree to defend TiendaPop against claims arising from your use of the service or content that violates these Terms or laws.

No Warranties

Service provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific results, uptime, or that generated content will meet all your needs.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to fees you paid in the past 12 months or credit replacement.

We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses from service use.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email.

Account Termination

We may terminate accounts violating these Terms. You may cancel anytime but won't receive refunds for unused credits.

Legal Stuff

Governed by Argentine law. Disputes resolved in Buenos Aires courts unless consumer protection laws state otherwise.
